You retain all ownership rights in the prompts and reference materials you submit (collectively, “User Inputs”). You grant ANALYTICAL SUPPLIES, CORP a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, store and analyse User Inputs for the sole purpose of operating the service, billing, and ensuring policy compliance.

We do not use User Inputs to train foundation models without your explicit, separate consent.
